Learn, Earn And Progress
Every student deserves a next leap.
L.E.A.P. connects students to the resources, businesses and opportunities they need to take their next leap in life.
Where do you fit in?
Our name is our plan.
Three ways we move students forward, all paid for by a community that shows up.
Learn
We fund student sports, arts, tech and learning programs and the groups that run them, and offer free tutoring to keep students on track.
Earn
Our business partners open doors: paid and unpaid internships, job shadowing, part-time jobs, and a first look at real careers.
Carveenient, Kosmopolitan Catering and cityhomeCOLLECTIVE are taking interns now. Apply through L.E.A.P.Progress
Business etiquette courses, interview prep, mentorship and scholarships, so students walk in ready and every leap lands somewhere.
How a leap happens
1
The community raises it
Tournaments, plate sales, discount cards, donors and sponsors fuel everything we do.
2
L.E.A.P. connects it
We direct funds to student programs and match students with partner businesses.
3
Students take the leap
A season played, a stage performed on, a first job landed, a next step taken.
